It is recommended to buy more glue suction nozzles for later use. When they are worn, you can directly change them by yourself.

(2) Tungsten steel suction nozzle

Tungsten steel suction nozzle is strong and durable, but easy to turn white, friends who are not afraid of trouble, or newcomers to the SMT pick and place machine can choose the tungsten steel suction nozzle. If it becomes white, use an oil-based pen, and you can continue to use it.

(3) Diamond steel suction nozzle

It is strong, easy to use, and never blanching, but it is very expensive and not cost-effective.

(4) Ceramic suction nozzle

Ceramic suction nozzle never turns white, but it is brittle and easy to break. Careful use can avoid or reduce the occurrence of breakage.
